A lot of environmental research concerning the pulp and paper industry has been conducted in North America and Europe. JPRI obtains up-to-date information on regulations and research trends by collaborating with domestic/abroad universities and environmental research institutes as well as attending international meetings. We also publish environmental materials and convey the results of our investigative research to the world in order to contribute to environmental protection.
